organization designed to serve the underserved community by hosting health fairs, preventive informative workshops and helping in recruitment of minority pre-medical students into medical school. Spanish Translator for Albany Medical Center. Take history of Spanish-speaking patients, and
translate between patients, nurses and doctors.
SNMA Carnival on the Hill Health Fairs. Hosted a health fairs for uninsured community of
Albany, providing glucose and hypertension testing and hosting workshops in cholesterol
control, diabetes and hypertension.
Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Symposium. Host Alzheimer's disease symposiums in different
community centers lecturing on the causes and treatments of AD and methods to improve a
healthier lifestyle.
