Address for notices
The Client and PSG Scriptfin record their respective addresses for service of notice and delivery of documents as the address specified on page 1 of this quotation for the purposes contemplated in the Act, or any other law. Special condition
This quotation is conditional upon PSG Scriptfin fulfilling all its obligations in respect of a credit assessment as required in terms of section 81 of the Act. Binding nature
PSG Scriptfin is bound by this quotation for a period of 7 business days, subject to the provisions of section 92(3)(a) of the Act. It is recorded that this quotation contains the information prescribed by the Act and that the agreement of loan will, in addition, incorporate such additional terms and conditions as may be applicable to the loan. Upon receipt of this quotation, duly accepted by the Client, the Client will be provided with a copy of the proposed agreement of loan which comprises the pre-agreement statement for the purposes of section 92(1) of the Act. The original agreement of loan will thereafter need to be signed by the Client. Once signed by both parties, the agreement of loan constitutes a binding agreement between PSG Scriptfin and the Client and contains all terms and conditions applicable to the loan. This quotation supersedes all previous quotations provided in respect of this transaction. In the event that the Client receives this quotation in any language other than English/Afrikaans and in the event of any conflict between those versions, the English/Afrikaans version will prevail.
